Project Components: Structural Concrete Screen Walls, Structural Concrete Equipment Pads, Helical Piers, Structural Steel, Metal Framing, and Standing Seam Metal Roofing.
Main Challenge: Unknown underground utilities and working in the Down Town Phoenix Area.
Solution: Potholing, coordination with the project team, special engineering, and city traffic closure permitting.
