Project Components: Remove and replace concrete pads and footings, install two new chillers and three new cooling towers, relocate one chiller from PVCC
Subcontractors: IMCOR Mechanical, Sturgeon Electric, Johnson Controls, Upright Steel, Don's Custom Painting
Main Challenge: Schedule, budget, phasing, revising & upgrading controls and energy management systems
Solution: Pre-purchase chillers and cooling towers, and selecting quality subcontractors
